Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept return or exchanges.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept, and are unable to process, cancellations after your order has been shipped.

Changes to your address, or cancellations due to an incorrect address must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Please see our shipping policy for more information regarding address errors.

Refunds can only be issued for items that have been lost in transit if tracked and insured shipping was purchased as this is the only way that we are able to track the status of the order once it has been handed to the carrier.
