Shipping policy
Processing Times
All orders will typically be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days. Certain conditions, such as holidays or con season, may cause delays in our processing times. Delays to our standard order processing time will be noted on our Home page.
*Please note: When selecting your shipping method, an estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed. This is calculated by the carrier/shipping company and refers to the amount of time that your order is expected to be in transit to you. It does not include our processing time to prepare and deliver your package to the carrier. This time is an estimate from the carrier/shipping company and does not guarantee that your package will arrive in that time frame as delays can occur.
Where Are We Located:
We are located in and ship from Delaware, United States and operate on Easter Standard Time/UTC−05:00.
International Orders:
All orders that are to be shipped outside of the United States must be placed through our Etsy Store at LittleNerdyy.Etsy.com
Orders are processed and handled through the Etsy platform as they are able to help ensure packages meet international shipping standards and form requirements.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any and all customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays or additional fees due to customs.
EU and UK customers may be subjected to and additional VAT tax and service fee as specified by your country's customs offices. Little Nerdy will not be collecting or remitting VAT taxes and services fees. These fees may need to be collected at the time that your package arrives in your country and will be the responsibility of the buyer to provide.

Handling of Shipped Orders and Lost Orders
Your orders are handled with the utmost care while they are within our possession. However, we are not liable for your order once it has been delivered to the carrier. Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier or local post office.
To better ensure that you have the most information regarding the shipping status of your package, we highly recommend that you opt for tracked shipping. This will allow both you and Little Nerdy to monitor the status of you package.
If a package has been marked as delivered and you have not received the package, this must be addressed with the carrier. Once you have reached out to the carrier, you may also contact us at info@littlenerdy.com with your name and order number and we will do our best to assist with the finding the package. However, the best course of action is to contact the carrier or your local post office.
If your tracked order has be lost in transit by the carrier or shown that it has remained in the same location for an extended period of time, please contact us so that we may determine the best course of action to resolve the issue. The length of time that it takes to determine a package has been lost greatly varies from 2-4 months depending on the time the package was shipped and the destination. Customs and local post/carrier offices can cause delays with orders.
Refunds can only be issued for items that have been lost in transit if tracked and insured shipping was purchased as this is the only way that we are able to track the status of the order once it has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Address and Returned Packages
Corrections to the shipping address must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. If a correction needs to be made, Please reach out to info@littlenerdy.com with your name, order number and the correct address.
We are unable to correct addresses once your package has been shipped. We are not liable for packages that have been shipped to an incorrectly entered address. We do not offer refunds for items shipped to an address that has been put in incorrectly.
We will reach out to you to determine the next course of action, If a package has been returned to us due to:
- An incorrect delivery address that was input at checkout.
- The package has been returned to sender due to failure to obtain from the post office.
- No home, post office, or box to deliver to package to.
In these instances, we can do one of the following actions:
- Refund the order amount minus the shipping fee.
- Reship the order, however, another shipping fee will be charged. This fee will be equal to the original shipping fee that was charged at the time of purchase. An invoice will be issued for the fee and the package will be shipped again once payment has been received.
If we do not hear back from you with 5 business days on you would like to handle the returned package, we will issue a refund for the cost of the items. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping.
